Okay, if you look at history Luis, you will see that most of things done by the outer planets today, were covered in some capacity by already known about planets. You can always co-opt some planet to fill a void that nothing else explains. Jupiter used to fufill most of Neptune's functions for instance.
If Venus represented peace then Mussolini wouldn't have a Venus/Jupiter conjunction in his 9th House etc.
Venus represents relationships. Love and Hate. Strong feelings. The Babylonians (the inventors of Astrology)assigned Venus to Ishtar a violent goddess of sexual desire. Because Venus rules hatred aswell as love.
Intense passionate feelings are what Venus represents fundermentally. Haumea isn't like that. Haumea represents calm, peace and serenity. Or at least that's what I think it represents based upon the charts of people I know.
What is more likely, that an intense, feeling planet like Venus rules peace, or that peace is ruled by a calm, serene planet. Haumea is I think such a planet.
